Registration

  • PhD students, Post-doctoral researchers and faculty in mathematics, statistics, business, economics, finance, physics, finance or data science should consider to attend the meeting.

  • Industry professionals from Data Science, Statistics, AI-ML practices are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting and workshops.

  • Registration Fees for conference (until 31st Aug, 2026):
    • ₹ 6000/- (+ 18% GST) for students
    • ₹ 10000/- (+ 18% GST) for non-students from academics
    • ₹ 12000/- (+ 18% GST) for non-students from industry
  • Registration Fees for conference (from 1st Sep, 2026):
    • ₹ 9000/- (+ 18% GST) for students
    • ₹ 14000/- (+ 18% GST) for non-students from academics
    • ₹ 17000/- (+ 18% GST) for non-students from industry
  • Workshop fees:
    • ₹ 500/- (+ 18% GST) for students
    • ₹ 1500/- (+ 18% GST) for non-students

    Registration includes Tea/Coffee, Working Lunch, and Banquet Dinner.

    • Student participants will be provided accommodation at the Student’s Hostel. At the time of check-in, you must submit proof of student status, such as a photo ID issued by your institute or university, or a bonafide certificate from your college, university, or institute.
    • For the student who will be staying at the hostel, the breakfast and dinner is included.
    • Please note that the student’s hostel does not have AC in the room. It also does not have an elevator. So you have to help yourself.
    • For non-students from academics and industry, the guest house is not available. However, plenty of hotels are available, ranging from very economical to premium.
